Delivery, return and exchange

SECURE DELIVERY:

Home delivery or delivery to a relay point in mainland France:

Delivery is free in mainland France for purchases over 300 Euros.

We offer two carriers: Colissimo or UPS.

- Standard delivery by Colissimo with signature required: 3-5 working days
- Delivery by UPS: 1-2 working days

Click & Collect:

You can order online or by phone and collect your creation from our Monsieur boutique located at 53 Rue Charlot 75003 Paris.

An email and text message will be sent to you as soon as the order is available in store.

We welcome you from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday only from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for this service.

Delivery by courier:

Courier delivery is available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays for Paris intramural (€10).

When your order is ready, our customer service will contact you directly by telephone to arrange with you the day and time slot (3 hours) for the arrival of your courier.

Home delivery abroad:

Monsieur offers secure worldwide shipping via Colissimo or UPS. Delivery will take 2 to 7 days, depending on the country.

For rates and delivery times, please refer to the payment pages. The displayed rate does not include customs duties and taxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The first resizing of your jewelry is free within 30 days of your purchase.
You also have 30 days to make an exchange, and 14 days to request a refund (valid only for online purchases).

You can drop off your jewelry directly at Monsieur's, at 53 rue Charlot – 75003 Paris.
We welcome you:
– Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.,
– Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (only for this service).
